NEW ORLEANS - A Vioxx plaintiff has asked the multidistrict litigation judge for more time to file overdue expert reports, saying she only recently learned she would not be allowed to participate in the Vioxx Master settlement Agreement (MSA) (In Re: Vioxx Products Liability Litigation, MDL 1657, Adeline Thomas Mosby v. Merck & Co. Inc., No. 08-170, E.D. La.).
